Cannington Health Centre is a well-established, patient-focused practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality healthcare. We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Salaried GP to join our dynamic and friendly team. With a patient list of around 5,250, we pride ourselves on providing comprehensive, patient-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role: As a Salaried GP, you will play an integral role in providing a wide range of general practice services. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
Managing long-term conditions with a focus on quality of life
Contributing to QOF (Quality and Outcomes Framework), enhanced services, and other initiatives where appropriate
Handling routine administrative tasks, including results and prescriptions
Completing occasional home visits (minimal in number)
Collaborating closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver the best patient outcomes
Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping in line with best practices
Promoting preventative healthcare and supporting the overall well-being of our patients

The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong passion for patient-centred care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Experience in general practice, with a desire to further develop in a supportive environment
GMC registration and a valid license to practice
Eligibility for Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975
