Symphony Healthcare Services is looking to recruit a Practice Nurse to cover parental leave at their Lister House Surgery in Wiveliscombe, near Taunton, Somerset.

As a Symphony Practice Nurse you will:

be part of a nursing team responsible for ensuring that the practice provides optimum care relevant to the practice population, either in practice or the home environment.
focus on supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities in line with the objectives and vision of Symphony Healthcare Services.
work collaboratively with the whole general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
This is a part time post of 27 hours per week for a 7/8 month fixed term contract, covering parental leave.

The annual salary range for this post is £39,146 – £41,851 per annum (pro rata for part time hours).Your starting salary will be offered based on experience.
