North Sedgemoor PCN is looking for an enthusiastic, forward‑thinking GP to join our multidisciplinary team on a fixed‑term 3‑month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who enjoys collaborative working, values continuity of care, and wants to contribute to a thriving, innovative PCN.
About the Role
This ARRS‑funded GP role will support practices across the North Sedgemoor PCN footprint, providing high‑quality clinical care to our diverse patient population. You’ll work closely with our established team of pharmacists, paramedics, social prescribers, health coaches, and other ARRS roles to deliver proactive, personalised care.
Key responsibilities include:
– Providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients in line with PCN priorities
– Supporting same‑day access and urgent care provision
– Contributing to long‑term condition management and proactive care initiatives
– Working collaboratively with the wider MDT to improve patient outcomes
– Participating in PCN‑wide projects and service development where appropriate

Contract Details

– Hours: Flexible sessions considered
– Location: Practices across North Sedgemoor PCN: Axbridge, Burnham on Sea, Brent Area Medical Centre, Cheddar and Highbridge.
